1. Who we are

KINEPIK S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI 52242023), with its registered office in Bucharest, Romania, is the data controller for this website.

2. What we collect

• Contact form data: your name, email address and the message you write, when you choose to send them.
• Technical data: when the site is served, our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
• Your cookie choice: stored on your device so we do not ask again. See the Cookie policy.

We do not run ad trackers, we do not sell data, and we collect nothing beyond what is listed here.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Answering your enquiry: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when you submit the form (art. 6(1)(a)).
• Running and securing the site: our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, safe website (art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business conversation, and then deleted. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for short, standard retention periods.

5. Who processes data for us

• Web3Forms relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site; your browser requests the font files from Google.
• jsDelivr serves one script file (scroll behaviour) used by the site.
• Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps standard access logs.

Each of these providers technically sees your IP address as part of delivering their service, under their own privacy policies.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to kinepik.srl@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP: www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Security

This is a static website that stores no databases of personal data. Form submissions travel encrypted (HTTPS) and end up only in our mailbox.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data (for example, by adding analytics), we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
